Terms of service

By creating an account or using the Service, you enter into a binding agreement with Zensifi LLC. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. Individual users must be of legal age in their jurisdiction.

Zensifi Seer runs swarm simulations to forecast outcomes of decisions you describe. Outputs are probabilistic and are provided for information only — they are not professional, legal, financial, medical or investment advice. You are responsible for your decisions and for verifying outputs before acting on them.

You must provide accurate information, keep it current, and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights; (b) submit content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful or that you do not have rights to; (c) attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, probe or interfere with the Service or its security; (d) introduce malware; (e) resell or redistribute the Service; or (f) use it to generate content that violates applicable laws, including deepfakes intended to deceive, harassment, or content sexualising minors.

You are solely responsible for your prompts and for how you use any outputs. We may filter, refuse, or remove content and may suspend accounts for repeated or serious violations.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms in addition to these terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund policy.

Zensifi LLC and its licensors retain all rights, title and interest in the Service, including software, models, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service in line with your plan. You retain ownership of your inputs and outputs, subject to the licence below.

You grant Zensifi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process and transmit your content solely to provide and improve the Service for you. We do not use your content to train foundation models.

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages or force majeure events may affect availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a given purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or incidental damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence).

You will indemnify and hold Zensifi harmless from claims arising out of (a) your content, (b) your unlawful or unauthorised use of the Service, or (c) your breach of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we will provide a reasonable export window before deletion where feasible.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice and take effect on the date specified.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
