Zensifi Seer
Privacy notice
How Zensifi LLC ("Zensifi", "we", "us") handles your personal data when you use Zensifi Seer (the "Service").
Last updated: May 14, 2026
1. Who we are
Zensifi LLC is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with the Service. You can reach us at privacy@zensifi.ai.
2. Personal data we collect
- Account data — name, email address, hashed password or OAuth identifier.
- Profile and preferences — workspace settings, notification preferences.
- Customer content — decisions, options, context and other inputs you submit to simulations, plus the generated outputs.
- Support messages — content of emails or messages you send us.
- Usage and telemetry — pages viewed, features used, simulation counts, error logs, approximate location derived from IP.
- Device and connection — IP address, browser, operating system, device identifiers, cookies and similar technologies.
- Billing identifiers — customer and subscription identifiers returned by Paddle. Card and bank details are collected and stored by Paddle, not by us.
3. Why we use it and the legal basis
- Provide the Service (account creation, running simulations, delivering results) — performance of our contract with you.
- Billing and order fulfilment via Paddle — performance of our contract.
- Security, abuse and fraud prevention — legitimate interests in keeping the Service safe.
- Customer support — performance of our contract and legitimate interests.
- Product improvement and analytics — legitimate interests in improving the Service.
- Marketing communications — consent (you can withdraw it at any time).
- Legal and tax compliance — compliance with legal obligations.
4. Who we share data with
- Paddle.com Market Limited — our merchant of record. Paddle handles the sale, subscription management, payments, tax, invoicing and refunds for the Service. See Paddle's Privacy Notice.
- Infrastructure and subprocessors — cloud hosting, database, email delivery, error monitoring and analytics providers acting on our instructions.
- AI model providers used to run simulations on your inputs, under data processing terms that prohibit training on your content.
- Professional advisers — legal, accounting and audit firms.
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, property or safety.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent UK transfer mechanisms.
6. Retention
We keep account and content data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle disputes, comply with legal obligations and maintain backups. Billing records are retained for the period required by tax law (typically up to 10 years). Data is then deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. EU/UK users also have the right to lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, email privacy@zensifi.ai; we respond within one month.
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege permissions and audit logging. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
9. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember preferences. We may use limited analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
10. Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
