Refund policy
Zensifi LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscriptions and one-time top-up purchases of Zensifi Seer.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date. This applies to first-time subscription payments, subscription renewals and one-time prediction top-up packs.
2. How to request a refund
Our orders are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:
- Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@zensifi.ai with your order reference and we will arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
3. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive an email confirmation from Paddle once the refund is processed.
4. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing page or via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the current paid period.
5. Exceptions
Refund requests made more than 30 days after the original order date are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be declined. Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms of service (for example fraud or abuse) are not eligible for refunds.
